Watching Tiara on the Beach rise along Galveston’s shoreline has been incredibly rewarding. What began as plans, conversations, and a clear vision for elevated beachfront living is now a 10-story residential tower overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
The project has reached another important stage. Exterior glass installation is complete, giving the building a much more finished presence along the coast. Inside, construction continues as the residences move closer to the spaces future owners will eventually call home.

From Topping Out to a Fully Glass-Clad Tower
Tiara topped out earlier in 2026, reaching that milestone six weeks ahead of schedule. Since then, the exterior has continued to transform. With the glass installation now complete, the tower has taken on the contemporary profile that will define it on Galveston’s western Seawall.
Inside the building, work continues across the residences and common areas. As walls, finishes, and interior details progress, buyers are getting a clearer sense of the scale of the homes and the Gulf views that inspired the design from the beginning.
New construction is a process, and every stage matters. Topping out established the height of the building. Completing the exterior glass brought the architecture into focus. The next phases will continue turning that structure into a finished residential community.
On Track for Summer 2027
