I’ve built the largest independent luxury real estate brokerage in one of the most competitive markets in the country. A firm with over 220 agents, more than a billion dollars in closed sales, and a global platform. A brand with my name on the door and my heart in every decision.
I’ve walked into rooms where I was the only woman, and I had to decide in real time whether to shrink or to stand. I chose to stand, every single time. But I will not pretend I did not wish there was someone further down the road who could have pulled me aside and said, here is what I know, here is what I wish someone had told me, here is the shortcut through the part that almost broke me.

I genuinely believe that the most valuable thing I can do with everything I have learned is share it with the women who are ready to learn and do something extraordinary with it.
Women in PowHER is my new mentorship and professional development platform built specifically for women in business who are serious about growing, not just in revenue, but in leadership, strategy, confidence, and the kind of clarity that only comes from being in the right room with the right people.
Mentorship for Women Who Mean Business
We are in a time where women-owned businesses are among the fastest growing segments of the economy and more women are stepping into leadership roles. This is making
mentorship-driven communities increasingly important. Coming from a highly competitive and male-dominated industry, I created Women in PowHER to be the missing layer of access. That layer is structured mentorship, real-time guidance, and a peer community for women building careers, businesses and long-term wealth.
According to the National Association of Realtors, Women currently represent nearly 63% of Realtors in the United States. Yet we remain underrepresented in many executive and luxury market roles across the industry.
I want Women in PowHER to help bridge that gap by creating more direct access to one-on-one guidance, leadership development and community-driven opportunities. Not just for Real Estate but all industries where women are underrepresented because we deserve a seat at the table, a voice in the room, and a community that refuses to let us shrink.
Inside Women in PowHer
When I designed this program I thought about everything I wished I had access to when I was building, and I built it.
At the heart of the program is the PowHer Inner Circle, a private, high-touch community that gives members direct access to me. Every week I personally answer member questions with real insight and real strategy built around what members are actually dealing with in their businesses right now.
Conversations and mentorship from someone who has been exactly where you are and has built something on the other side of it.
One member a week gets a dedicated Hot Seat with me, a deep one on one dive into a specific business challenge, growth opportunity, or decision they are wrestling with. I have seen what one honest conversation with the right person at the right moment can do for a business and a career. That is what these sessions are designed to create.
Members also get access to regular live Zoom calls and community events that keep the momentum going week after week. Beyond the live sessions and community connection members have access to curated courses that go deep on the topics that matter most, because growth should never be one size fits all.
And then there is the community itself. A private referral network where members can connect, collaborate, and build real business together. A space to share wins, set goals, and hold each other accountable.
