Two new Tanglewood residences among Houston’s highest-priced July sales
Below are the five most expensive homes that sold in July by list price in the Houston metropolitan area, according to the multiple listing service.
No. 5 is 2211 Troon Road, listed at $5,299,000 and represented by Nancy Almodovar. This River Oaks residence sits on the smallest lot of the five homes and features mature oak trees and manicured landscaping. At its last listing price, the home’s $830-per-square-foot figure was the second-highest among the month’s top five.
