Nan and Company Properties is now the exclusive Texas brokerage partner for Weber Development and Slyce Properties, two New Orleans-based firms.
Slyce is known for preservation and redevelopment projects, while its parent company, Weber, develops residential and commercial projects in the Gulf area. Houston developer Integrity just completed construction on a Barbie-inspired tiny home they plan to market to vacation rental investors in the coastal city. Eventually the home is expected to land on Airbnb or VRBO, marketed for girls’ trips, bachelorette parties and weekend retreats.
