When I founded Nan and Company Properties in 2014, I had a vision of creating a brokerage that combined innovation, global connections, and truly personalized service. What started from my kitchen table has grown into one of Houston’s leading luxury real estate brokerages, representing extraordinary homes and partnering on some of the region’s most exciting developments.

I’m also proud to see Sunny Bathija, my development partner on the landmark Tiara on the Beach luxury condominium tower in Galveston, included on this year’s list. Sunny’s vision and leadership have been instrumental in bringing this $130 million beachfront project to life, and together we are excited to see the national attention the development continues to receive.
